Booking Conditions
- Price is up to max 10 persons (no young people/groups).
- Fixed price cleaning: €200.
- Deposit: €500.
- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- A reservation is only final after signing the rental agreement and receipt of the down payment (25%). The remainder of the travel sum must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
- Final cleaning (€200) and linen package (€15.00 per person) are mandatory. These costs are paid on site to the manager. If you want an intermediate cleaning (€200) and/or extra linen package, you can indicate this when booking. These are also paid to the administrator.
- The rental of Zen Villa Moraira includes 200 kWh of electricity per week. Upon arrival and departure, the meter reading will be recorded and consumption in excess of 200 kWh will be deducted from the deposit. Costs for this additional consumption are € 0.40 per kWh.
- No pets.
- Smoking inside the house is not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best we can.
Cancellation of your reservation is possible, whereby only written cancellations are accepted via email: info@zenvillamoraira.com. The day of receipt of the written confirmation is regarded as the day of cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation, we offer the following refund policy:
- Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellation on 60 or less days prior to arrival: no refund
We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
